Attorney Saim İncekaş achieved placement within the top 1% percentile of university entrance exam rankings, earning a scholarship to Kadir Has University Faculty of Law, where he completed his law degree after exempting from the preparatory program.
Through various international programs, he spent time in Washington, USA in 2011, and in Stockholm during the summer program in 2013. After successfully graduating from law school, he completed his legal internship at Doğan Holding and subsequently established his own practice in his hometown of Adana. He fulfilled his military service with the rank of Lieutenant, serving as Chief of Military Recruitment Office and Garrison Commander.
For many years, he has been providing legal consultancy services in various areas of law in Adana and successfully representing his clients in courts. He provides meticulous legal services aimed at protecting his clients’ rights and efficiently resolving litigation, enforcement proceedings, and official matters in the most effective and expeditious manner. He possesses extensive experience particularly in family law, criminal law, commercial law, and immigration law.
